ASI 0390-41 EZ Fill Top-Fill Multi-Feed Kit

The ASI 0390-41 is an under-vanity tank and matte black counter fill-port kit that supplies up to six individual EZ Fill vanity-mounted automatic soap dispensers. It holds 203 oz (6 L). The translucent, seamless plastic tank shows the remaining soap level and is connected to the top-fill port by a flexible, fiber-reinforced fill hose. The kit includes the 6 L container, top-fill tube, and fill port with cover; dispensers are not included.

Kit details and installation

• Fill port: Matte black powder-coated brass; mounts through a 1-5/16-inch-diameter counter hole. Maximum counter thickness is 2 inches.
• Placement: The tank can rest on the cabinet floor. Position the fill port within 104 inches of the farthest dispenser head.
• Feed connections: Connect dispenser supply tubes to individual tank ports. Seal unused ports with the provided plugs to help prevent overflow, contamination, and evaporation.
• Soap: Use smooth, non-abrasive liquid soap with a pH of 5–9 and viscosity of 100–3,800 cPs.

Check under-vanity clearance for the tank and hose before drilling the counter. Cut the fill hose to suit the installation; do not trial-fit it to the fill-port nipple before installation. The top-fill port allows refilling without removing the tank. Prime the dispensers after filling according to the installation and maintenance guide.
