ASI 0345-41 Horizontal Liquid Soap Dispenser
This surface-mounted, matte black powder-coated Type 304 stainless steel dispenser holds 40 fl. oz. (1.2 L) of liquid soap and has an all-purpose valve and tamper-resistant refill indicator. Press the button to dispense. Refill the tank manually through the hinged top door, which opens with the supplied special key. Soap continues to feed until its level falls below the valve intake port.
Soap and installation requirements
Use liquid soap with a viscosity of 100–3,500 cP and pH of 5.5–8.5. The manufacturer advises avoiding soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.
For installation, the supplied wall mounting plate attaches to the wall or partition; mounting screws are by others. Dimensions are 8-3/16 × 4-13/16 × 3-15/16 in. (208 × 122 × 100 mm), with 23/32 in. (18 mm) spout projection. The manufacturer recommends a general-utility installation height of 42 in. (1066 mm) above the finished floor or at least 6 in. (152 mm) above the washbasin. Manufacturer guidance for 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards is to position the valve-button centerline no higher than 48 in. (1219 mm) above the finished floor.
