ASI 0341 Surface-Mounted Liquid and Antiseptic Soap Dispenser

The ASI 0341 is a manually operated, surface-mounted dispenser for liquid or antiseptic soaps and other specified liquids. Its 40.5 oz. (1.2 L) capacity and clear viewing window help maintenance staff check supply between manual refills.

Product specifications

• Capacity: 40.5 oz. (1.2 L).
• Dispensed liquids: Liquid or antiseptic soaps, shampoos, lotions, or detergents with viscosity of 550–2,500 cP and pH of 5.5–8.5. Do not use liquids containing abrasives such as pumice.
• Construction: Impact-resistant ABS plastic; the optically clear viewing window indicates supply level.
• Access and cover: A tumbler-key lock secures the cover. The sloped cover has overlapping edges to discourage use as a shelf and help keep water spray out.
• Dimensions: 5-7/16" x 9-5/32" x 4-1/32" (138 x 233 x 102 mm).

Mounting and refilling

Mount to a wall or partition using the supplied screws and plastic wall anchors. ASI recommends mounting the bottom of the unit 42 in. above finished floor for general utility. The manufacturer's 2010 ADA installation guidance specifies a maximum height of 48 in. AFF for the top of the push bar; this guidance is not a blanket compliance determination. Dispense soap by pressing the push bar. Refill manually through the tamper-resistant top cover as maintenance needs require; the tank feeds until empty.
