ASI 0349 Foot-Operated Liquid Soap Dispenser
The ASI 0349 is a surface-mounted, 32 oz (0.9 L) dispenser for surgical soaps, antiseptic solutions, and synthetic detergents. Its pneumatic foot pump operates through 96-inch vinyl tubing, and the free-turning spout is Type 316 stainless steel.
Specifications and installation
- Overall dimensions: 4-1/4" x 12-3/4" x 9"; spout projection: 4-3/4".
- Mounts to a wall or partition with the supplied #10 self-threading screws through the wall bracket. The spout can be manually repositioned.
- Manufacturer installation guidance recommends 42" above finished floor (AFF) or no more than 16" above the wash basin. Its maximum-height guidance is 48" AFF, or 46" AFF for a side reach over an obstruction such as a vanity; this is not a blanket compliance determination.
- Use soap with viscosity of 50–2,500 mPa·s (cP) and pH of 5.5–8.5. Avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.
Operation and refilling
Depress the foot pump to dispense soap; the reservoir feeds until empty, and a check valve prevents siphoning. The translucent tank shows the soap level and can be refilled at any time by unscrewing it from the valve housing. The spout can be manually repositioned for use.
