ASI 0135-2 TURBO-Tuff Fully Recessed Automatic High-Speed Hand Dryer
The ASI 0135-2 is a fully recessed, infrared-activated hand dryer for 208–240 VAC service. Its Type 304 satin-finish stainless steel face and hand-drying chamber are 18 gauge; the cabinet is 20 gauge galvannealed steel with perimeter trim for a flush fit. The manufacturer specifies a drying time of less than 15 seconds. Owners can adjust air speed and temperature and switch the heat on or off. The dryer shuts off after its time-out or when hands leave the sensor zone.

Recess and installation planning
Provide a minimum rough wall opening of 12-5/16" W x 15-3/16" H x 3-7/8" D. The cabinet mounts in a prepared wall recess; mounting screws or other suitable mounting hardware are not supplied. Electrical service is provided and connected by others before the cover is installed. The cover is secured with concealed captive hex screws.
For installations following the manufacturer’s cited accessibility guidance, set the top of the hand chamber no higher than 48" AFF for clear forward or side reach, 46" AFF for the specified side reach over an obstruction, or 44" AFF for the specified forward reach over an obstruction. For general utility, the manufacturer recommends 44"–50" AFF. When installing multiple dryers, keep them at least 24" apart on center.
