ASI FS-0700AC Freestanding AC-Powered Sanitizing Station
The ASI FS-0700AC is a freestanding plastic-laminate station for placing an automatic gel sanitizer dispenser in visitor or occupant areas. Its included AC-powered 0390-HSD configuration uses a sensor and dispenses approximately 0.03 oz (0.8 ml) per activation; the station ships assembled, with the dispenser mounted on site.
Station and dispenser details
- The 5/8 in. antimicrobial plastic laminate is Cosmic Strandz, bonded to a particle-board core. Radiused edges and corners and silicone rubber feet are included.
- The dispenser has a polished chrome spout and sensor housing and a 205 oz (1.6 gal/6 L) sanitizer tank. A keyed rear door gives access to dispenser components and helps prevent unauthorized removal.
- The sensor activates when an object is positioned 1-3/16 to 3-15/16 in. (30 to 100 mm, ±10 mm) in front of the spout.
- Use gel sanitizer with viscosity of 3,500–6,500 cP and pH 5.5–8.5; the sanitizer must contain no abrasives or particulates.
- Sanitizer is replenished manually. The pump's push-button supports priming.
Placement and power
Position the freestanding station for pedestrian access without interfering with accessible-route clearances. The AC adapter requires a GFCI outlet, supplied by others, within 13.5 ft of the pump/control module inside the podium. The included dispenser components are installed on site using the station's pre-drilled mounting holes.
