ASI FS-0500A Mobile Battery Solid Plastic (HDPE) Sanitizing Station
The ASI FS-0500A is a freestanding, battery-operated sanitizer station for placement near pedestrian traffic. Its antimicrobial 1/2-inch HDPE cabinet has a red exterior and white core; the included ASI 0390-HSD automatic dispenser is mounted to the podium on site.
Specifications and use
- Cabinet: Red-exterior, white-core HDPE panels with antimicrobial additive; all edges and corners are radiused.
- Placement: Freestanding and repositionable, with silicone rubber feet to help prevent sliding. Position it for visitor access without interfering with accessible-route clearances.
- Access: A keyed rear door provides access to the dispenser components; the station ships assembled.
- Dispenser: Touchless sensor activation dispenses approximately 0.03 oz (0.8 ml) per cycle. Its 1.6-gallon (6 L) sanitizer tank is replenished manually.
- Power and finish: The battery dispenser uses six D-size 1.5 V batteries, supplied by others. Exposed dispenser surfaces have a polished chrome finish.
- Sanitizer: Use gel sanitizer with viscosity of 3,500–6,500 cP (mPa·s) and pH 5.5–8.5; ASI specifies sanitizer without abrasives or particulates.
