ASI 74022-HSSM Hooded Double Toilet Tissue Holder, Surface Mounted
The ASI 74022-HSSM is a satin-finish, surface-mounted double toilet tissue holder with a hood. It holds two standard-core rolls up to 6 inches in diameter and is fabricated from Type 304 stainless steel, alloy 18-8.

Surface-mount installation
Locate the unit and transfer the mounting-hole positions to the wall. Drill two 7/32-inch clearance holes through tile or wallboard only, then use two #10 stainless steel screws supplied by others, long enough to penetrate wall blocking by approximately 1/2 inch. The manufacturer also describes an optional drywall mounting method using expansion anchors and screws selected for the wall conditions; these are supplied by others.
ASI's cited 2010 ADA installation guidance places the roller centerline 19 to 42 inches above the finished floor and 7 to 9 inches from the front of the commode. Confirm placement for the project and applicable requirements.
