ASI 7360-18S Square Towel Bar
This 18-inch (457 mm) square towel bar has a 3/4-inch (19 mm) Type 304 stainless steel rod in a satin finish and projects 3-1/4 inches (80 mm) from the wall. The 7360 series is also available in 24-inch (610 mm) and 30-inch (762 mm) lengths; -B models have a bright finish.
Mounting and placement
Surface-mount with #10 self-threading screws (by others) through the mounting-plate holes into suitable prepared mountings or other hardware (by others) selected for the wall conditions. Hang the post and flange assemblies on the plates with the bar captured, then tighten the setscrews. The manufacturer’s stated accessibility installation guidance sets the top of the rod at a maximum of 48 inches AFF for clear forward or side reach, 46 inches AFF for side reach over an obstruction with a reach depth greater than 10 and less than 25 inches, or 44 inches AFF for forward reach over an obstruction with a reach depth greater than 20 and less than 25 inches. For general utility, the manufacturer specifies a 55-inch AFF centerline for the mounting plates. These are manufacturer installation dimensions, not a blanket compliance determination.
Clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then rinse and dry; avoid muriatic acid, caustic or abrasive materials, and harsh detergents outside pH 7 ± 1.5.
