ASI 645210A Simplicity™ Automatic Roll Towel Dispenser
This recessed, proximity-sensing dispenser automatically feeds an owner-adjustable towel length when hands enter the sensor zone. It accepts rolls up to 8" wide and 800 ft. long. The unit is fabricated from 20-gauge stainless steel with a satin finish and is powered by four D-size batteries, which are not included.
Installation
Plan for a rough wall opening of 14-3/4" W × 26-11/16" H × 9-1/2" minimum depth. Mount in the recess through the concealed mounting holes using at least four #10 self-threading screws; screws are by others. ASI’s installation guidance places the top of the towel opening at 48" maximum above finished floor only where the required forward or side reach access is provided; local codes may require a 40" maximum. For general utility, ASI gives a 49"–56" range. Verify the applicable project and local requirements.
Adjustments and refilling
Three three-position switches set towel length, delay, and economy. The dispenser can feed from a full roll and transfer a partial roll to the stub-roll position. Refill by unlocking the door and replacing an empty or partially used roll; an LED indicates sensing and battery condition. The locking door restricts unauthorized access and roll removal.
