ASI 20031 Roval Twin Hide-A-Roll Semi-Recessed Toilet Tissue Dispenser
The ASI 20031 is a semi-recessed dispenser for two toilet tissue rolls. When the bottom roll is used up, the top roll automatically drops into position. The semi-recessed flange is included.
Capacity and construction
- Holds two rolls up to 5-1/4 inches in diameter; stated double-roll capacity is 3,600 sheets.
- Type 304 satin-finish stainless steel construction; the 22-gauge cabinet and mechanism have a flush, rimless tumbler lock.
- Theft-resistant spindles have integral plated-steel endpins; heavy-duty stainless steel door hinges use 3/16-inch rivets.
- Dimensions: 8-1/16 inches wide by 14 inches high by 6-1/2 inches deep.
Installation and reloading
Provide a minimum rough wall opening of 6-1/4 inches wide by 12-1/4 inches high by 3-3/8 inches deep. Recess-mount with four 1/4-inch by 1-inch pan-head self-threading screws through the rear slots into suitable wall preparation; screws and wall preparation are by others. The top keyhole slots allow hanging on pre-installed screws, while the bottom horizontal slots allow adjustment. Alternate mounting holes are also provided at the top and bottom.
For the manufacturer's stated 2010 ADA and 2015 ABA placement guidance, position the dispenser centerline 7 to 9 inches in front of the toilet and the bottom-roll axis 15 to 48 inches above finished floor. Reloading instructions are printed inside the door. The empty rollers cannot be removed without unlocking the door with the key.
