ASI 175 Security Shower Rod and Curtain
The ASI 175 is a ceiling-mounted security shower rod and vinyl curtain in a specified length. Its hook-and-loop attachment lets the curtain detach without supporting any weight above the wet curtain load.
Size and construction
- Specify the required length; the maximum for one piece is 120 in. (3048 mm).
- The curtain is 78 in. high and vinyl, with a stitched hook-and-loop strip at the top.
- The rod includes a 1-in. adhesive-mounted hook-and-loop strip to mate with the curtain.
- The ceiling support uses 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel; its plate is welded to 1-1/4-in. O.D. stainless-steel tubing with a No. 4 satin finish.
- One-year warranty from invoice date.
Sizing and installation
Order the unit 1/2 in. less than the finished wall-to-wall dimension. Anchor the ceiling support through its mounting holes with screws, which are not included. Attach the rod to the support through the provided slot holes using the supplied hardware.
