ASI 1204-36 Shower Curtain Rod
The ASI 1204-36 is a 36-inch wall-mounted shower curtain rod with 1-1/4-inch-diameter, 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel tubing and a satin finish. It installs in the straight section between two mounting flanges.
Specifications and installation
- Length: 36 inches; diameter: 1-1/4 inches.
- Material and finish: 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel tubing with a satin finish.
- Install in the straight section between two mounting flanges. Rods longer than 72 inches require ceiling hanger Model 1204-C.
- For a standard 72-inch ASI 1200 or 1200-V shower curtain with 1200-SHU hooks, position the rod centerline 74-1/2 inches above the finished floor or 67 inches above the tub rim to provide 6 inches of bottom overlap.
- The rod supports shower curtains when correctly installed; significant body weight can cause it to bend and pull from the flanges.
