ASI 1204-2 Stainless Steel Shower Curtain Rod
The ASI 1204-2 is a wall-mounted shower curtain rod made from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel tubing with a satin finish. Choose the rod length for the straight span between two mounting flanges; the manufacturer lists standard options from 30 to 96 inches and a maximum length of 120 inches.

- Bar diameter: 1-1/4 inches.
- Material and finish: 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with satin-finish exposed surfaces.
- Listed lengths: 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66, 72, 78, 84, 90, and 96 inches; maximum length is 120 inches.
- Lengths over 72 inches require ceiling hanger model #1204-C.
- For 72-inch curtains #1200 or #1200-V with standard hooks #1200-SHU, set the rod centerline 74-1/2 inches above finished floor or 67 inches above the tub rim to provide 6 inches of bottom overlap.
When correctly installed between flanges, the rod is held captive and supports shower curtains hung on #1200-SHU hooks or other hooks. It may rotate in the flanges if turned by hand. Do not suspend significant body weight from the rod; it can bend and pull from the flanges.
