ASI 0625-3024 Stainless Steel Channel Frame Mirror with Shelf

The ASI 0625-3024 is a 30 × 24-inch, surface-mounted channel-frame mirror with a welded 5-inch-deep stainless steel shelf. Its standard plate-glass mirror is warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.

Specifications

• One-piece, 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel channel frame with a satin finish; the channel encases the mirror and backing and forms tight mitered corners.
• Standard glazing is 1/4-inch #1 quality plate glass, silver coated and hermetically sealed.
• The 18-gauge satin-finish stainless steel shelf is welded to the face frame and has returned, hemmed edges.
• The mirror hangs on two wall brackets and is secured with a theft-resistant locking screw.

Mounting guidance

Install the wall brackets level and plumb using #8 or #10 pan-head screws (by others). Start the locking screw, supplied separately and taped to the mirror back, before hanging the mirror; tighten it at the bottom after mounting. ASI's guidance for the cited 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards says the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40 inches above the finished floor.
