ASI 0620-1626 Stainless Steel Chan-Lok Frame Plate Glass Mirror
The ASI 0620-1626 is a 16" W x 26" H surface-mounted plate-glass mirror for commercial restroom installations. Its one-piece, satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel channel encases the mirror and backing, with tight mitered corners and a theft-resistant locking screw.
Specifications
- Frame: one-piece roll-formed, 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel channel with a satin finish.
- Glazing: standard 1/4" #1 quality plate glass, silver-coated and hermetically sealed with electrolytic copper plating.
- Backing: expanded polyethylene microcell foam filler is abrasion-resistant, shock-absorbing, water-resistant, and 1/8" thick.
- ASI warrants the mirror against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
Mounting guidance
Install the wall brackets level and plumb using only #8 or #10 pan-head screws (by others). Start the supplied #6-32 x 3/4" Phillips pan-head locking screw, taped to the mirror back, before hanging the mirror on the brackets; tighten it at the bottom after hanging. ASI's installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards calls for the bottom edge of the reflecting surface to be no higher than 40" above finished floor; verify applicable project requirements.
