ASI 0620-1620 Chan-Lok Frame Plate Glass Mirror, 16 x 20 Inches
The ASI 0620-1620 is a 16-inch-wide by 20-inch-high, surface-mounted plate glass mirror for restroom installations. Its one-piece, roll-formed satin Type 304 stainless steel channel encases the mirror and backing; tight mitered corners and theft-resistant locking screws distinguish the Chan-Lok frame.
Specifications and installation
- Frame: 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish; the channel measures 1/2 x 5/8 inch.
- Standard glazing: 1/4-inch plate glass mirror; ASI warrants against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
- Mount the mirror on the wall brackets. Install the “H” brackets level and plumb using #8 or #10 pan-head screws, supplied by others.
- Start the supplied theft-resistant locking screw at the bottom before hanging the mirror, then tighten it after positioning the mirror on the brackets.
- ASI installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and ABA Standards 2015 specifies that the bottom edge of the reflecting surface be no higher than 40 inches above the finished floor.
