ASI 0600-2816 Plate Glass Inter-Lok Angle Frame Mirror
The ASI 0600-2816 is a surface-mounted, 28" W x 16" H mirror with standard 1/4" plate glass in a satin-finish type 304 stainless steel Inter-Lok angle frame. Its concealed bracket and theft-resistant back-plate locking device secure the assembly to the frame.
Construction and installation
- The roll-formed frame is 18 gauge and measures 3/4" x 5/8"; its corners are welded and polished smooth.
- The standard plate glass is #1 quality, silver-coated and hermetically sealed. The manufacturer warrants it against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
- Install the bracket level and plumb with #10 self-threading screws, which are by others; hang the mirror and tighten the top and bottom locking screws.
- For the cited 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards, ASI's instructions say the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" above the finished floor. This manufacturer guidance is not a determination of compliance for an installation.
