ASI 0600-2016 Inter-Lok Angle Frame Mirror
The ASI 0600-2016 is a surface-mounted, plate-glass mirror with an 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel interlocking angle frame. The frame is satin finished, and a concealed hanging bracket locks to the frame at the top and bottom with tamper-proof set screws.
Construction and installation
- The 3/4-inch x 5/8-inch roll-formed frame has heliarc-welded corners polished smooth to a uniform satin finish.
- A one-piece back plate attaches to the frame with a theft-resistant locking device.
- Install the bracket level and plumb using #10 self-threading screws (by others), hang the mirror, and tighten the locking screws at the top and bottom.
- Standard plate glass is 1/4 inch thick and is warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
Manufacturer installation guidance
The manufacturer’s installation sheet states that, for its guidance concerning the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards, the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40 inches above the finished floor.
