ASI 0487-L-9 Surface-Mounted Toilet Tissue and Seat Cover Dispenser with Napkin Waste Disposal
The ASI 0487-L-9 combines a seat-cover dispenser, two-roll toilet tissue dispenser, and removable napkin-waste container in one surface-mounted unit for toilet compartments. It holds 500 seat covers and two standard toilet tissue rolls; its components are opposite-hand from model 0487-R-9.
Capacity and construction
- Overall dimensions: 28" W x 4-1/2" D x 14-1/4" H.
- Type 304 stainless steel with satin finish; door and panels are 18 gauge, and the face frame and cabinet are 22 gauge.
- Vandal-resistant toilet tissue rollers; the service door has a full-length 3/16" multi-staked piano hinge and tumbler lock.
- Removable waste container capacity: 0.45 gal. (1.7 L); the disposal door is self-closing.
- Includes a stainless steel collar for surface mounting.
Installation and servicing
Mount to the wall with four #10 self-threading screws (by others) through the concealed mounting holes. ASI's installation guidance for the cited accessibility standards places the toilet tissue dispenser centerline 7"–9" from the front of the toilet, with its opening bottom at least 15" above finished floor; the seat-cover opening centerline should be no higher than 48" above finished floor. These are manufacturer installation instructions, not a blanket compliance guarantee.
Push the self-closing disposal door to deposit waste. Seat covers feed until depleted, and the toilet tissue supply remains visible as it runs low. For service, unlock and open the door to replenish rolls and seat covers and remove the waste container for emptying.
