ASI 04823 Recessed Toilet Tissue Dispenser and Napkin Disposal
Designed similarly to model 04813 for end-stall installation, this Type 304 stainless steel unit has a satin finish and holds two standard or 1,800-sheet rolls measuring 4-1/2" x 5-1/4" in diameter. The removable waste container holds 1.3 gallons (4.9 L). A tumbler lock secures the cabinet door. Two theft- and vandal-resistant rollers, molded from high-impact-resistant plastic with stainless steel endpins, are supplied.
Recessed installation and servicing
The unit measures 17-3/8" W x 20" H x 4-1/4" D and requires a rough wall opening at least 15-3/4" W x 18-3/8" H x 4" D. Mount with four #10 self-threading screws through the concealed holes; screws are by others. The top of the rough opening is 13/16" below the top of the unit. The manufacturer’s stated 2010 ADA guidance places the dispenser centerline 7" to 9" from the front of the toilet and the bottom of its opening at least 15" AFF.
Rolls feed freely until depleted, and the supply level remains visible. Unlock and open the door to service the rolls or empty the waste container; emptying frequency depends on maintenance needs.
