ASI 04692AC Recessed Automatic Roll Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle

The ASI 04692AC is a recessed, AC-powered automatic roll towel dispenser with a 17-gallon waste receptacle. It dispenses a preset towel length per cycle from standard 8" or 9" wide rolls up to 800 ft. long and supports a stub roll for continued dispensing.

• Overall dimensions: 17-1/4" W x 56" H x 10-1/4" D.
• Minimum rough wall opening: 15-7/8" W x 54-5/8" H x 10-1/4" D.
• Cabinet, frame, and waste container: 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish. The door has a heavy-duty stainless steel piano hinge and tumbler lock.
• Waste capacity: 17 gal. (64 L); the receptacle is removable and emptied manually as needed.
• Power: 110–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz; the supplied adapter outputs 6 VDC at 2 A. The AC supply requires a 15 A circuit breaker.

Installation and operation

Install the unit in a wall recess using #10 self-threading screws through the concealed mounting holes; screws are by others. Route code-approved cable or conduit (by others) to one of the three power-entry locations and terminate it at a simplex outlet inside the cabinet. The supplied adapter plugs into the outlet. For installation guidance related to the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, the manufacturer advises positioning the bottom edge of the towel-dispenser door no higher than 48" above the finished floor; this is not a blanket compliance determination.

When hands enter the sensor zone, the unit dispenses one towel length at a time until the supply is depleted. A full roll can be loaded to feed automatically after the existing partial roll is used. Empty the waste receptacle according to maintenance needs.
