ASI 046921AC Recessed Automatic Roll Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 046921AC is a recessed, 110–240V AC touchless roll-towel dispenser with an integrated 12-gallon (45.4 L) waste receptacle. It dispenses a preset towel length and supports continued feeding from a partial roll when a full roll is loaded.
Specifications and operation
- Accepts standard 8- or 9-inch-wide towel rolls up to 800 feet (244 m) long; towels dispense one at a time when hands enter the sensor zone.
- Waste receptacle capacity: 12 gallons (45.4 L). The receptacle is removable and emptied manually as maintenance requires.
- Cabinet, frame, and waste container are 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel; the dispenser door is 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. Exposed surfaces have a satin finish.
- Overall dimensions: 17-1/4 inches W x 56 inches H x 11-3/4 inches D. Minimum rough wall opening: 15-3/4 inches W x 54-1/2 inches H x 10 inches D.
- Uses 110–240VAC, 50/60Hz with the supplied low-voltage adapter, which outputs 6VDC at 2A.
Installation and service
Mount in the wall recess through the concealed mounting holes using #10 self-threading screws (by others). The supplied utility simplex outlet box is inside the cabinet; the simplex outlet and code-approved power cable or conduit are by others. Power requires a 110–240VAC, 50/60Hz supply protected by a 15A circuit breaker. ASI's installation guidance referencing the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards specifies that the bottom edge of the towel dispenser door be no more than 48 inches above the finished floor. ASI lists a one-year warranty from the invoice date.
