ASI 0464-F Semi-Recessed No-Coin Napkin and Tampon Vendor
The ASI 0464-F is the free-vend configuration of the semi-recessed 0464 dual vendor, with separate mechanisms for 30 napkins and 27 tampons. Its adjustable flange accommodates recess depths from 1 to 6 inches; confirm the wall opening and product packaging before installation and stocking.
Model and fit details
- Vend configuration: No coin is required. The 0464 series is also available as -25 for 25-cent operation and -50 for 50-cent operation.
- Recess dimensions: Rough wall opening is 12-1/2 inches wide by 26-1/2 inches high; recess depth is 1 to 6 inches.
- Construction: Satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel; the door is 18 gauge, and the cabinet and adjustable trim flange are 22 gauge. Two tumbler locks secure the door.
- Napkin stock: Capacity is 30 single, cardboard-boxed napkins, sized 4-1/4 x 3 x 1-1/8 inches; listed examples include Stayfree #4, Kotex #704 and Modess #4.
- Tampon stock: Capacity is 27 cardboard-cylinder tampons, 3/4-inch diameter by 5-1/4 inches long; listed examples include Tampax T500 and Modess Tampons.
Installation and refilling
Mount in the recess with four #10 self-threading screws through the concealed holes in the cabinet rear; screws are by others, and the installer must provide adequate wall anchoring. Slide the adjustable flange against the wall to cover the rough-opening edges. Napkin and tampon mechanisms operate independently. Open the door to reload the supply tracks, and use the track weights for positive feed.
