ASI 0391-1AC-41 EZ-Fill Individual Automatic Soap Dispenser
The ASI 0391-1AC-41 is an individual, deck-mounted automatic liquid soap dispenser with a hands-free sensor. This AC-powered, matte black configuration has a 1-liter (33.8 oz) translucent bottle, a chrome-plated spout, and heavy-duty chrome-plated brass construction.
Specifications and installation
- Power and finish: AC-adapter operation with a matte black finish; this configuration does not require batteries. The front LED indicates function.
- Capacity and dispensing: Translucent 33.8 oz (1 L) bottle; approximately 0.03 oz (0.8 mL) dispensed per activation.
- Deck mounting: Provide a 1-1/8" diameter mounting hole and an adjacent 5/32" hole for the anti-rotation pin.
- Under-vanity layout: Mount the pump and bottle support within 24" of the dispenser shank. Connect the AC adapter to a GFCI outlet under the vanity and within 13.5 ft of the pump/control housing.
- Soap requirements: Use clear, non-abrasive liquid soap with viscosity of 100–3,800 cP and pH of 5.5–8.5. Avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.
Refill and care
Refill the bottle manually, then press and hold the pump’s fill button until soap starts dispensing from the spout. For surface cleaning, use only soap and water, then wipe dry. Protect the dispenser from splashes of harsh cleaners.
