ASI 0390-6-1AC-41 EZ-Fill Automatic Soap Dispenser Heads, 6 Pack

The ASI 0390-6-1AC-41 is a six-head, matte black, vanity-mounted automatic liquid soap dispenser set for installations using AC adapter power. One remote control is supplied with the six-pack. The EZ-Fill Multi-Feed tank and kit are sold separately, so they are required to complete the dispensing system.

Configuration and soap requirements

• Six hands-free dispenser heads share a separately purchased Multi-Feed tank; the system supports up to six heads.
• This model uses an AC adapter rather than the battery configuration. The remote is supplied one per six-pack and can program dispense amounts and assist with priming.
• ASI specifies clear, non-abrasive liquid soap with viscosity of 100–3800 cP and pH of 5.5–8.5; avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.
• ASI lists a 0.03 oz (0.8 ml) dispense per activation, with alternative amounts programmable by remote.

Plan the vanity installation

Allow space beneath the vanity for each pump/control housing and its connections. ASI specifies mounting each pump within 24 inches of the dispenser shank; the AC adapter requires a GFCI outlet beneath the vanity within 13.5 feet of the pump/control housing. The recommended counter opening is 1-1/8 inches in diameter. Soap is replenished from the vanity top through the fill port, avoiding access beneath the vanity for routine refilling.

For surface cleaning, the manufacturer recommends soap and water followed by drying with a clean cloth; protect the finish from harsh cleaners.
