This heavy-duty 20" (508 mm) model has a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter drying rod and 3/8" (10 mm) diameter cross tubes in Type 304 stainless steel with a bright finish. Overall height is 6-1/2" (165 mm); it projects 8" (203 mm) from the wall.
Installation and placement
Surface-mount the unit using #8 self-threading flat- or oval-head screws through the countersunk holes in the mounting plate. Screws and suitable prepared mountings or other suitable mounting hardware are by others and must suit the wall conditions. The manufacturer’s installation guidance for the referenced accessibility standards specifies a maximum top-of-shelf height of 48" (1219 mm) above finished floor for clear forward or side reach; 46" (1168 mm) for side reach over an obstruction with reach depth greater than 10" (254 mm) and less than 25" (635 mm); or 44" (1118 mm) for forward reach over an obstruction with reach depth greater than 20" (508 mm) and less than 25" (635 mm). For general utility, the maximum top-of-shelf height is 68" (1727 mm) above finished floor.
