Rough-Opening Requirements
The required rough wall opening is 15-3/4 inches wide x 38-1/2 inches high x 6-1/4 inches deep minimum. Mounting screws are supplied by others. For installations following the manufacturer’s 2010 ADA guidance, place the top edge no higher than 48 inches above the finished floor.
