ASI 64623-9-41PC Simplicity Surface-Mounted Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 64623-9-41PC is a surface-mounted matte black combination unit for smaller washrooms with less space and traffic. Its 9-inch mounting collar accommodates surface installation, and the dispenser holds 350 C-fold or 475 multi-fold towels above a 2.2-gallon (8.4 L) stainless steel waste receptacle.
Capacity and construction

- Waste capacity: 2.2 gallons (8.4 L); stainless steel receptacle is emptied manually as maintenance needs require.
- Construction: Type 304 stainless steel with a matte black powder-coated finish.

Towels self-feed until the supply is depleted, and the dispenser continues to feed properly when reloaded with a partial load. A tumbler lock holds the door closed to help prevent unauthorized access or removal.
Mounting and service
Mount to the wall through the concealed mounting holes using #10 self-threading screws; screws are not included. For general utility, ASI recommends positioning the bottom edge 40-3/4" (1035 mm) above the finished floor. The unit has a 9-inch stainless steel mounting collar.
