ASI 64623-00 Recessed Paper Towel Dispenser and Waste Receptacle
The ASI 64623-00 Piatto is a completely recessed paper towel dispenser and waste receptacle for smaller washrooms with less space and traffic. Its white Formica 949 phenolic door distinguishes this version; towels self-feed, and the 2.2-gallon waste receptacle is emptied manually.
Capacity and construction
- Holds 350 C-fold or 475 multifold paper towels. Towels feed until depleted, and the dispenser continues to feed after a partial refill.
- Includes a 2.2-gallon (8.4 L) stainless steel waste receptacle.
- Cabinet dimensions are 14-1/4 in. W x 28 in. H x 4-9/16 in. D; the required finished wall opening is at least 14-5/16 in. W x 28-1/16 in. H x 4-11/16 in. D.
- Type 304 stainless steel frame with concealed hardware, an internal spring-loaded latch, and field-adjustable furniture-style hinges.
Installation and servicing
Install in a wall recess using four #10 x 1-1/2 in. self-threading pan-head screws through the concealed adjustable mounting tabs; screws are by others. ASI's installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards specifies a towel outlet no higher than 48 in. above the finished floor. For general utility, ASI specifies mounting the bottom of the unit 39-1/8 in. above the finished floor. Confirm placement for the project and applicable requirements. Open the door to refill the dispenser; replenish towels and empty the receptacle manually as maintenance needs require.
