ASI 20333 Roval Automatic Vanity-Mounted Liquid Soap Dispenser
The ASI 20333 is a touch-free liquid soap dispenser for vanity or counter installation. Its 54 oz translucent tank, chrome-plated brass exposed surfaces, and choice of battery or separately supplied low-voltage adapter power distinguish this model.
Specifications and soap requirements
- Capacity: 54 oz (1.6 L) of liquid soap; each activation dispenses 0.04 oz (1.25 ml).
- Power: four D-size 1.5 V batteries (not included), or a separately supplied ASI 72-ACA adapter; the adapter uses 110–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz input and provides 6 VDC at 2 A.
- Use liquid soap with viscosity of 100–3500 mPa·s (cP) and pH of 5.0–8.5. Avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.
- Front LEDs indicate sensing, low battery, and low soap; flashing red indicates sensing, solid red indicates low battery, and solid blue indicates low soap.
- Dimensions: 4 in × 21-1/2 in (102 × 546 mm); spout projection is 3-7/8 in (99 mm). The illustrated installation allows a counter up to 2 in (51 mm) thick.
- Manufacturer warranty: one year from invoice date.
Installation and servicing
Install the spout and sensor housing through a deck hole using the supplied rubber washers and basin nut; a spacer is provided for raised-rim basins. Mount the battery compartment under the deck, connect the control and power cables, then fill the tank with soap within the specified viscosity and pH ranges and latch it into the port. Press the tank-release button for refilling. Soap is replenished manually, and batteries are replaced according to the facility maintenance schedule.
