ASI 0852 Surface-Mounted Sanitary Napkin Disposal
The ASI 0852 is a surface-mounted sanitary napkin disposal with a top cover door and cabinet, 1.2-gallon (4.5 L) capacity for dry/solid waste, and satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel construction.
Specifications and operation
- Overall dimensions: 7-7/8" W x 4" D x 9-11/16" H (200 x 102 x 246 mm).
- Door, flanges, waste receptacle, and cabinet: 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel, alloy 18-8.
- Hinge: concealed, multi-staked piano hinge.
- The user lifts the lid to deposit waste. To empty the unit, open the top door and remove the wax-paper collection bag.
- Waxed-paper liner bags are furnished by others; set the removal cycle according to maintenance needs.
Mounting
Mount the unit on a wall or partition using #10 self-threading screws (not included). Two keyhole slots in the back panel allow it to hang on pre-installed screws. Manufacturer installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards specifies a maximum height of 44 inches from the finished floor to the top cover; verify applicable requirements for the installation.
