ASI 0852-SH Surface-Mounted Sanitary Napkin Disposal with Shelf
The ASI 0852-SH is a surface-mounted sanitary napkin disposal with a removable purse shelf that matches the cabinet finish. It provides 1.2 gallons (4.5 L) of dry/solids capacity in satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel.
Specifications and operation
- Overall dimensions: 7-7/8" W x 4" D x 9-11/16" H (200 x 102 x 246 mm).
- The top cover door and cabinet are 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8.
- The user lifts the lid to deposit waste. To empty, open the top door and remove the wax-paper collection bag.
- Waxed-paper liner bags are furnished by janitorial personnel; set the removal cycle according to maintenance needs.
Mounting
Mount the cabinet to a wall or partition using #10 self-threading screws (by others) through the two keyhole slots. Mount the shelf separately with three #10 self-threading screws (by others). For maximum usability, ASI recommends installing the unit with the top of the cover 30 inches (762 mm) above the finished floor; this is manufacturer guidance, not a guarantee of accessibility compliance.
