ASI 0755-SS18 Heavy-Duty Surface-Mounted Stainless Steel Towel Bar
The ASI 0755-SS18 is an 18-inch surface-mounted towel bar for projects specifying this length. Its satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel tube is designed not to turn in its heavy solid cast brass support posts.

- Bar length: 18 inches (457 mm); 1-inch (25 mm) outside-diameter, 20-gauge tube.
- Bar material and finish: Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.
- Support posts: heavy solid cast brass, plated to match the stainless steel finish.
- Mounting: surface-mounted; three 1/4-inch fasteners are used at each support post.
- The 0755-SS series is also available in 24-inch and 30-inch lengths; select the length specified for the installation.
Installation and care
Fasteners are supplied by the installer and must suit the wall. For stud walls, provide concealed backing secured to the studs; without backing, the manufacturer specifies toggle bolts. For solid walls, use plastic or fiber plugs or expansion bolts. The manufacturer’s 2010 ADA installation guidance specifies a bar centerline at 48 inches AFF for clear forward reach or 46 inches AFF for side reach over an obstruction. This is installation guidance, not a blanket compliance guarantee.
Clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then rinse and dry. Protect the satin stainless finish from muriatic acid, caustic or abrasive materials, and harsh detergents outside pH 7 ± 1.5. The manufacturer lists a one-year warranty from the invoice date.
