ASI 0692-812 Stainless Steel Surface-Mounted Shelf
The ASI 0692-812 is an 8-inch-deep by 12-inch-long wall- or partition-mounted shelf for applications needing a compact storage surface. It is made of 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish and has a hemmed front edge for rigidity and safety.

Mounting and placement
Mount on a wall or partition through the support-bracket holes using #10 self-threading screws or other appropriate fasteners; fasteners are by others. Provide adequate in-wall blocking or other reinforcement to support the shelf and its intended load; no load rating is specified. ASI's installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards calls for the shelf top to be 32 to 48 inches above the finished floor; this guidance is not a guarantee of compliance. Typical general-utility placement is 42 inches above the finished floor or 18 inches above a washbasin.
