ASI 0620-2618 Chan-Lok Frame Plate Glass Mirror
The ASI 0620-2618 is a 26" W x 18" H surface-mounted plate glass mirror. Its one-piece roll-formed Type 304 stainless steel channel frame has a satin finish, encases the mirror and backing, and forms tight mitered corners.
Construction and installation
- Frame: 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel; the channel measures 1/2" x 5/8".
- Standard glazing: 1/4" plate glass.
- Mounting: Hang the mirror on level, plumb H wall brackets. Install the brackets using #8 or #10 pan-head screws; these fasteners are by others.
- The #6-32 x 3/4" Phillips pan-head locking screw is supplied taped to the mirror back. Start the screw before hanging the mirror, then tighten it at the bottom.
ASI’s installation guidance for the cited 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and ABA Standards 2015 specifies that the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" above the finished floor. Confirm applicable project requirements.
