ASI 0620-2448 Surface-Mounted Plate Glass Mirror

The ASI 0620-2448 is a 24" W x 48" H surface-mounted plate glass mirror. Its one-piece, 20-gauge Type 304 satin-finish stainless steel channel encases the mirror and backing, with a 1/2" x 5/8" profile and tight mitered corners.

Specifications

• Overall size: 24" wide x 48" high.
• Frame: 20-gauge Type 304 (18-8) stainless steel with a satin finish.
• Standard glazing: 1/4" plate/float glass, silver-coated and hermetically sealed; warranted against silver spoilage for 15 years from invoice date.
• One-piece channel frame with tight mitered corners; expanded polyethylene filler is 1/8" thick.
• Surface-mounted on wall brackets, with a theft-resistant locking screw.

Installation guidance

Install the H wall brackets level and plumb using #8 or #10 pan-head screws (not supplied). Start the supplied bottom locking screw before hanging the mirror, then hang it on the brackets and tighten the screw. ASI's guidance citing the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and ABA Standards 2015 states that the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40" above the finished floor.
