ASI 0605-1830 Stainless Steel Angle Frame Mirror with Shelf, 18 x 30 in.
The ASI 0605-1830 is a surface-mounted, 18 x 30 in. plate-glass mirror with a Type 304 stainless steel angle frame and an integrated 5 in. shelf. Its frame and shelf have a satin finish.
Model details
- The frame and shelf are 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel; the shelf is welded to the face frame and has returned, hemmed edges.
- The roll-formed, interlocking frame has heliarc-welded corners polished smooth to a uniform satin finish.
- Standard glazing is 1/4 in. plate glass. The manufacturer warrants the glass against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
Mounting guidance
Install the hanger bracket level and plumb using #10 self-threading screws, which are by others. Hang the mirror and tighten the locking screws at the top and bottom. ASI’s installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards says the reflecting surface’s bottom edge should be no higher than 40 in. above the finished floor; this is manufacturer guidance, not a blanket compliance determination.
