ASI 0600-2624 Stainless Steel Inter-Lok Angle Frame Plate Glass Mirror
The ASI 0600-2624 is a 26-inch-wide by 24-inch-high plate-glass mirror for surface mounting. It has a satin-finish Type 304 stainless steel interlocking angle frame and a concealed locking hanger.
Specifications and mounting
- Frame: Roll-formed 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel angle, 3/4 in. x 5/8 in. (19 x 16 mm), with heliarc-welded corners polished smooth to a uniform satin finish.
- Mirror: Standard plate glass is 1/4 in. thick, silver-coated and hermetically sealed with electrolytic copper plating. ASI warrants the glass against silver spoilage for 15 years from the invoice date.
- Security: The concealed hanging bracket locks to the top and bottom of the frame with tamper-proof set screws. A one-piece back plate attaches to the frame with a theft-resistant locking device.
- Installation: Install the bracket level and plumb with #10 self-threading screws (by others), hang the mirror, then tighten the top and bottom locking screws. ASI’s installation guidance for the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and 2015 ABA Standards specifies that the bottom edge of the reflecting surface should be no higher than 40 in. above the finished floor.
