ASI 0430 Recessed All-Purpose Cabinet with Mirror, Towel and Soap Dispenser
The ASI 0430 is a recessed stainless-steel restroom cabinet combining a shelf and mirror with a manual liquid-soap dispenser and a paper-towel dispenser. It holds 600 C-fold or 800 multifold towels and a 101 fl oz (3 L) soap supply; check the rough-opening dimensions before specifying this model.
Capacity and construction
- Cabinet, door, dispenser tank and frame are 22-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.
- Dimensions: 17-1/4 in. W × 30-1/2 in. H × 4-1/4 in. D.
- Required rough wall opening: minimum 15-3/4 in. W × 29-1/2 in. H × 4-1/4 in. D.
- The towel slot has a fully hemmed edge; towels self-feed, including with a partial load in place.
- The mirror has a 15-year silver-spoilage warranty. The manufacturer lists a one-year warranty for the unit.
Installation and servicing
Mount in the wall recess through the concealed holes with No. 10 self-threading screws (by others). The manufacturer advises installing the unit so the reflecting surface's bottom edge is no higher than 40 in. above the finished floor; this is installation guidance, not a blanket compliance guarantee. Towels are replenished through the door. Soap is dispensed by pressing the valve button, and the tank is refilled manually as needed.
For proper dispenser operation, the manufacturer specifies soap viscosity of 100–2,500 mPa·s (cP) and pH 6.5 ± 1.5, and advises avoiding soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides or alcohols.
