ASI 0391-6-1A EZ-Fill Automatic Soap Dispensers, 6-Pack

This battery-powered six-pack includes six individual, vanity-mounted automatic dispensers and one remote control. Each bright-chrome unit has a highly polished chrome-plated brass spout, a hands-free sensor, and a translucent 33.8 oz (1 L) bottle. The LED indicates operation and battery condition. The included remote can program alternate dispense amounts.

Configuration and specifications

• Power: Each dispenser uses six D-size 1.5 V batteries, supplied by others. An optional battery extension cable may help with tight under-vanity installations.
• Dispensing: The sensor detects an object 1-3/16 to 3-15/16 inches in front of the spout, with a stated tolerance of ±3/8 inch. The default dose is 0.03 oz (0.8 ml) per activation; the included remote can set alternate amounts.
• Soap: Use clear, non-abrasive liquid soap with viscosity of 100–3800 cP and pH of 5.5–8.5. Avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.

Installation and refilling

• Allow a 1-1/8-inch deck mounting hole and an adjacent 5/32-inch hole for the anti-rotation pin. Mount each pump/control housing with its bottle support within 24 inches of the dispenser shank bottom. Provide under-vanity space and access for each battery box.
• Refill each bottle manually. After filling during setup or when the system runs out of soap, press the pump’s fill button or use the remote’s fill function until soap dispenses from the spout.
