ASI 0391-1A EZ-Fill Automatic Soap Dispenser with 1 Liter Bottle

The ASI 0391-1A is an individual, battery-powered, vanity-mounted liquid soap dispenser. Its translucent 33.8 oz (1 L) bottle supplies a hands-free sensor that dispenses 0.03 oz (0.8 ml) per activation. The chrome-plated brass spout and sensor housing have a highly polished finish; a front LED indicates function and battery condition.

Specifications and installation

• Power: Requires six D-size 1.5 V batteries, supplied by others. The battery box, pump/control housing, and bottle support mount under the vanity; allow access to replace the batteries.
• Mounting: ASI specifies a 1-1/8-inch hole for the spout and sensor housing, plus an adjacent 5/32-inch hole for the anti-rotation pin. Mount the pump/control housing with the bottle support within 24 inches of the shank bottom.
• Soap: Use liquid soap with viscosity of 100–3800 cP and pH of 5.5–8.5. Avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.
• Warranty: ASI specifies a two-year warranty from the invoice date.

Refilling and priming

Refill the bottle manually, then press the pump’s fill button until soap reaches the spout. The LED indicates battery condition for service monitoring.
