ASI 0390-6-1A EZ-Fill™ Automatic Soap Dispenser Heads, 6-Pack

This battery-operated pack is for vanity-mounted, touch-free liquid soap dispensing through ASI’s EZ-Fill multi-feed system. The pack includes six dispenser heads and one remote control. The multi-feed tank/kit and six D-cell batteries are sold separately; the manufacturer specifies soap from 100–3,800 cP and pH 5.5–8.5, and advises avoiding soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.

Installation and operation

Each head mounts through a 1-1/8-inch-diameter vanity hole, with an adjacent 5/32-inch hole for the anti-rotation pin. Allow space beneath the vanity for the pump/control housing, installed within 24 inches of the shank bottom, and for the battery compartment. The system’s soap supply tube connects to an available port on the separately purchased multi-feed tank; unused ports must be plugged. Soap can be replenished from the top of the vanity, without going under the sink to fill. The remote can program alternate dispense amounts and assist with priming; the standard factory dispense is 0.03 oz per activation.
