ASI 0362-41 Automatic Soap and Gel Hand Sanitizer Dispenser
The ASI 0362-41 is a 27 oz (800 ml), battery-powered, wall-mounted dispenser for liquid soap or gel hand sanitizer. Its proximity sensor automatically dispenses a single shot when hands are placed in the sensor zone. The unit has a matte black powder-coated finish and a tamper-resistant viewing window.
Specifications and use
- Capacity and power: 27 oz (800 ml), with a refillable soap cartridge provided; requires six AA batteries, not included.
- Construction and dimensions: Type 304 stainless steel; 4-13/16 × 10-5/8 × 4-1/8 inches (122 × 270 × 105 mm).
- Soap requirements: Use soap with a viscosity of 2,000–5,000 mPa·s (cP) and pH of 5.5–8.5. ASI advises avoiding soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides or alcohols.
- Reloading: Unlock with the supplied special key and swing open the dispenser body to refill the tank or replace the disposable internal container.
- Battery maintenance: Replace batteries yearly or as required for heavy-duty operation.
- Warranty: One year from the invoice date.
Wall installation
Mount the unit to a wall or partition using the four supplied #6 screws and anchors. ASI recommends a bottom-of-unit height of 42–46 inches above finished floor (AFF) for general use. For installations following the 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, the bottom of the unit must be no higher than 48 inches AFF.
