ASI 20364 Roval Automatic Liquid Soap and Gel Hand Sanitizer Dispenser
The ASI 20364 is a touchless, battery-powered dispenser for liquid soap or gel hand sanitizer, with a 34 oz. (1.0 L) removable tank. Its translucent tank makes the supply level visible, and an LED indicates operation.

- Power: six AA-size 1.5 V batteries, not included.
- Dispenses 0.03 ± 0.002 oz. [0.8 ± 0.05 ml] per activation when batteries have suitable charge and product of the correct viscosity is present.
- For soap, use viscosity of 50–3,500 mPa·s (cP) and pH 5.0–9.0; avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.
- The sensor activates when an object is within 3-1/8 in. [80 mm] ± 3/8 in. [10 mm] of the unit bottom.
Installation, operation, and refill
The manufacturer lists the unit as surface mounted. Its installation guidance specifies a maximum height of 48 in. [1219 mm] above finished floor to the bottom of the unit under the stated 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards guidance, and at least 12 in. [305 mm] clearance to the countertop. Install the six batteries in the concealed compartment according to polarity, then fill the tank with suitable product and close the door. Locking the door activates a concealed button to initiate operation; retain the supplied key for later access. The door locks after refill and battery service.
