ASI 0332-CD Lavatory Basin Liquid Soap Dispenser
This vanity-mounted dispenser has a 20 oz translucent, shatter-resistant polyethylene container, a corrosion-resistant valve, a Type 304 stainless steel spout with 6-inch projection, and a chrome-plated brass escutcheon plate. The vandal-resistant spout rotates 360 degrees without damage. It dispenses liquid and lotion soaps, synthetic detergents, and antibacterial soaps. A typical dose is 0.03 fl oz per push for liquid soap within the specified viscosity range.
Installation and refilling
Installation requires a 7/8-inch-diameter countertop cutout (by others). The adjustable threaded shank allows installation in countertops up to 3-1/2 inches thick. To refill from above the counter, use the special refill key to unlock the escutcheon and remove the valve body and dip tube. Pour soap into the reservoir opening until the level reaches its neck below the vanity.
Soap requirements
Use soap with viscosity of 50–2,500 mPa·s (cP) and pH of 5.5–8.5. Avoid soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, or alcohols.
