The Sloan G2 8110 Optima Plus is an exposed, battery-powered diaphragm flushometer for compatible water closets requiring 3.5 gallons per flush. Infrared sensor activation provides automatic flushing without routine contact with a flush handle. Powered by four AA batteries, this model requires no AC hookup, making it a practical option where electrical wiring is unavailable or difficult to install.
The G2 sensor uses multiple-focused, lobular sensing fields for high and low target detection. A three-second flush delay provides time for the user to move away before flushing begins. The polished chrome finish coordinates with commercial restroom fixtures, while high-copper, low-zinc brass castings provide resistance to dezincification.
