Gamco Grab Bars

Gamco grab bars cover far more than straight lengths. Shop 1-inch, 1-1/4-inch, and 1-1/2-inch diameters; snap, concealed, and exposed flanges; plus straight, angled, two-way, tub, shower, swing-up, wheelchair, and maximum-security configurations.

Use the filters and model names below to match your plans, or send ProDryers the grab-bar schedule for a quote. For selection help, call 888-503-7937.

Start with the Specified Diameter and Shape

The 100 Series uses a 1-inch diameter, the 125 Series uses 1-1/4 inches, and the 150 Series uses 1-1/2 inches. Straight models cover common wall locations, while two-way, angle, tub, shower, wheelchair, and swing-up bars address specific layouts. Do not substitute a different diameter, length, or handed configuration simply because it fits the available wall.

Understand the Flange Options

  • Snap flange: a cover conceals the mounting hardware after installation.
  • Concealed flange: designed for a clean finished appearance with hidden fasteners.
  • Exposed flange: keeps the mounting points visible and accessible.

Most models use satin-finish stainless steel. Selected lengths are also offered in bright-polished finishes, and “T” models add a non-slip safety-textured grip. Confirm the exact suffix and finish before ordering.

Backing, Fasteners, and Placement Are Critical

Grab bars transfer load to the wall structure. Tile, wallboard, or a partition skin is not adequate support by itself. Coordinate backing and fasteners with the wall assembly, then locate each bar from the project drawings and applicable accessibility requirements. Swing-up and multi-wall bars deserve particular attention because their clearances and mounting points differ from a straight bar.
