Chicago Faucets 830-PVDF

The Chicago Faucets 830-PVDF is a highly specialized, commercial-grade deck-mounted recirculating water faucet engineered to distribute ultra-pure fluids, such as deionized (DI), distilled, or reverse osmosis (RO) water. Standard laboratory fittings suffer from internal "dead legs"—pockets of stagnant water where bacteria can propagate and minerals can leach back into the supply line. To overcome this challenge, the 830-PVDF features an advanced recirculation module and a continuous tube design. This configuration maintains a constant, looping fluid flow right to the point of use when the main dispense valve is closed, preventing stagnation and ensuring peak chemical purity during sensitive testing, analytical processing, and rinsing applications.

To resist the highly corrosive and hungry properties of pure water, this fitting is engineered with a premium, all-virgin natural PTFE wetted fluid path. This inert material barrier isolates water from metallic contact, completely neutralizing the risk of mineral leaching or trace contamination. Point-of-use fluid activation is precisely managed via a low-torque needle valve core with encapsulated PTFE seals designed for an exceptionally long operating life. Outfitted with a black handle and a white "DI" text marker adhering to recommended SEFA code No. 7 practices, this single-hole deck-mounted fitting brings premium material science and safety compliance to modern, high-precision industrial, clinical, and scientific research laboratories.
