ASI 7381 Sundries Shelf, Surface Mounted
The ASI 7381 is a surface-mounted sundries shelf for bath products. Its open-wire shelf lets excess water drain away and promotes drying; visible stainless steel surfaces have a satin finish.
Specifications and mounting
- Type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish.
- Overall dimensions: 12-3/4 inches wide x 4-17/32 inches high x 4-1/2 inches deep.
- Properly installed, the shelf supports up to 11 lb (5 kg) of bath products.
- Surface mounts to a suitably prepared wall using four supplied #6 x 1-3/8-inch screws and anchors, or other suitable hardware selected for the wall conditions.
- Hang the shelf post and flange assemblies on the mounting plates, then tighten the set screws with the supplied hex key.
For wet-area installation through tile, waterproof the screw penetrations. ASI's installation sheet recommends a maximum shelf-top height of 48 inches above the finished floor when clear-floor reach access is provided; for general utility, it recommends placing the shelf rim 55 to 65 inches above the shower floor.
